Short-Term Rental Terms

Please read these terms carefully before booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to the conditions below.

1. 1

   Subject

   Furnished apartment in Tamraght, Aourir, Agadir, 2nd floor, independent access via spiral staircase. Includes: fitness/weightlifting room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with two beds, and a bed couch. Short-term rental for temporary stay only — no right of continued occupancy after the agreed period.

2. 2

   Rental period

   Ends automatically at the agreed check-out date/time, no notice required. Guest must vacate and return all keys on time.

3. 3

   Rental amount

   Covers moderate water/electricity/internet use. Unusual consumption is the guest’s responsibility.

4. 4

   Payment

   Deposit required to confirm booking; balance paid before key handover.

5. 5

   Security deposit

   Collected at check-in. Host may deduct repair/damage/loss costs confirmed at departure; remainder refunded after inspection.

6. 6

   Guests & use

   Max 3 guests. The 3rd guest, if present, agrees to use the bed couch. Strictly forbidden: unauthorized visitors, unregistered overnight guests, subletting, commercial/unlawful use.

7. 7

   Gym use

   Guests confirm they’re physically/technically able to use the equipment and agree to use it responsibly. Equipment use is the guest’s personal responsibility. Host isn’t liable for injury/damage from misuse, unless caused by a proven equipment defect. Gym hours: 9 AM–7 PM only.

8. 8

   Care of the apartment

   Guest must care for furniture/equipment, return gym equipment after use, keep the garage door path clear, rinse sand off before going upstairs, keep the apartment clean. Guest is liable for damage from misuse/negligence.

9. 9

   House rules

   Respect neighbors. Quiet hours: 8 PM–8 AM (no loud music/noise). Always forbidden: parties, unlawful activity, smoking inside/on the terrace, alcohol anywhere on the premises, standing/sitting on the low terrace wall. Serious breach = grounds for termination + compensation.

10. 10

    Belongings & property condition

    Host not liable for loss/theft/damage to personal belongings. Guest acknowledges the apartment is near the sea and partially open-air — some dust/sand is normal, not a defect. Guests sensitive to dust/sand should consider this before booking.

11. 11

    Late check-out

    Daily penalty applies if guest stays past the agreed period without written consent.

12. 12

    Jurisdiction

    Governed by Moroccan law; disputes go to the court where the apartment is located.
