Before you arrive
Getting here
Everything you need for the trip in, and the first few days once you are settled. Anything not covered here, ask Yozi on WhatsApp — he answers within the day.
The route
From the airport to the rooftop
The nearest airport is Agadir Al Massira (AGA), about 35–45 minutes by car or taxi from the apartment in Tamraght.
On arrival
The practical bits
- 1
Arrival & keys
Check-in and check-out are flexible — arrange the timing directly with Yozi on WhatsApp before you travel. The apartment sits on the 2nd floor with its own independent access, up the outside spiral staircase, so you are not walking through anyone else’s space.
- 2
Wifi
Wifi is provided throughout the apartment, so you can work, stream and stay in touch without hunting for a café.
- 3
Parking
Parking is available on site. If you are arriving with a rental car, let Yozi know beforehand so he can point you to the right spot.
- 4
Everyday groceries
Several mini-markets in the village cover the everyday basics — water, eggs, bread, fruit — and are a short walk away.
- 5
Weekly markets
Tamraght holds its souk on Tuesdays. Aourir — “Banana Village” — has a bigger one on Wednesdays, about 4 km down the road, and it is the better bet for fruit and vegetables at local prices.
- 6
A proper supermarket
For a full shop, there is a Carrefour in Anza, a short drive south towards Agadir. Worth one trip at the start of a longer stay.
- 7
Eating out
There is a growing restaurant scene right in the village, from surf-café breakfasts to proper dinners, plus more options along the coast road. Ask Yozi what is good at the moment — the line-up changes with the season.
